Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at customer@portableacwasher.com with your order details.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made in cash at the time of product return or as agreed with the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
